Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have joined a private firm two and a half months back. I'm on probation for three months, however the salary during the probation period is also the same as it would be after those three months. But since the time i joined i've been paid only for ten days or so..and the salary delay continues..what should one do in such situations?
