Legal Question in Employment Law in India
registration
My wife is housewife and recently started hobby classes and tuition classes. Is it necessary to get it registered. Is there any legal implication / tax liability. Because students are very less (below 20 nos.)

It depends on the law of your state.
In gujarat tution classes are required to be registered.
What ever income is earned from the tution classes are taxable, subject if they fall within the taxing limit.
