Our company is doing software business, whether commerical of Tamilnadu labour shop and establishment will apply or not ?
what certificate is required by not applying above provision

Hi, as per the IT Policy of the government of State of Tamil Nadu, all software industries and units have been exempted from the applicability of the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act 1947. Thanks and regards
