Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have a 200 sq ft house @ Sakinaka, I want to build to ground + one floor. My landlord is asking me to pay him 3 lacs for the same. Why should I pay him? Is it necessary. I had brought that house from him for 5 Lacs in 2005.

if u buy the house then it is yours only and why he will construct anything over it. ask him it is your house and he does not have any right over it.
