hi,my grandfather my grand father had purchased land in 1974,after he passed away my grandmother was looking after it as she was troubled she went to court in 1995,then in 1996 they filed a case saying sales deed not correct .my father was handling the case its 14 yrs now still there is no decision as my father is tired now i am looking after it what i find out is sales deed is registered document no one can deny that .so please help me out refer us an advocated who can give us a solution
