Land lord Right
I had rented out an independent accommodation to a tenant 2 yrs ago and its been now an year that he has refused to vacate my accommodation on the grounds that he is not able to find any suitable accommodation. I have got an affidavit duly signed by him stating that he shall vacate the accommodation on 31.3.2011 which he has now refused to oblige.As there was no rent deed or agreement kindly guide as now what all option are available to get my property vacated. Please help..

File a petition for possession/ eviction against the tenant before the court to get your accommodation vacated.
