i m vishal..we are staying in pagdi system house since last 50 years..our landlord is not developing our property..he has stopped taking rent from past 5 yrs..please advise..

if you are residing in the house you need not worry. try to send the rent with a letter thru regd post a.d so that you can prove that you tried to give rent but was not accepted by landlord.
