Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
my tenant is not vacating my house. his lease ended in april, since then he is saying he will vacate within 4-5 days every time we ask him to leave. Now he has given in writing that he has given us the possession of our apartment, however has some stuff still lying which he will take by 25th. if on 25th he doesn't vacate what should we do ?
