Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I Vijay Waghela, residing at Prasham Co-op hsg soc,Borivali west, our society had alloted parking areas. but some times hurriedly I had parked my 2 wheelers at other open space of the society.(regd)

Society had charged me in my quaterly bill as a other charges of Rs.4,500/-

shall I be liable to pay the said sum ?

or any upper ceiling is there for wrong parking ?

let me guide what to do..

If the society has not specified the head of charges in their bill then you need not to pay. They should explain and prove that you had deliberately used the other parking area despite warning.
