Wheather the wife of a person can claim damages from the person with whom the husband was going and got Internal head injuries due to the negligent driving of that person.If the wife has divorced the husband after that accident.

No you can not claim because you have divorced your husband and further your husband is capable of filing a case for getting compensation.
