my family has physically and mentally tortured me and my wife,always ask dowry from my wife also thrown me and wife forcefully from my ancestral property six months before,because i do a love marriage,i m a single son in family,having younger sister also,my father get all property and money from my grandparents he havnt do any self earning.he has a selfish motive and always says that after his death he ll give everything to me,plz help me what should i do to get my share in my hand and my wife can get justice?

in case it is an ancestral property, you have an equal share.
