Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

there are two parties registered for my house property in the registration of property...out of whom one has been registered by mistake. we want to remove or change the name of the said party. is this possible with the help of a correction deed of rectification deed. if yes how much stamp duty or fees has to be paid. will b much obliged and thankful for help.

you need to approach the registrar for corrections.

rectification deed may be prepared on rs. 100 stamp paper giving the details of error and the correction and then present before the same office of registrar for registration
