Service Charges

I am not staying in my flat for last 18 months, should the society charge me the services charges in respect to charges*sq.ft of the flat, though I have not used any common services of the society

Common Expenses/Service Charges are not on the basis of actual use of flat or common facilities.

As Per law you have to pay but you can refuse if there is any ground in your terms and condition of your society.
