Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello sir,
Kindly please help me I am in great trouble. My x father in law has secretly registered his fore father property only to one of his son. Now when we come to know about it we are losing our heart. We have two children. And even my in-laws have never given me my dowry and the gifts which i received from my parents and relatives. After the death of my father in law my husband have done all the ceremony because he is his elder son. kindly please guide me what we can do now. Please reply me soon and guide me.

Your husband must File a suit for partition against his mother and siblings. Take the assistance of local lawyer and do not waste time.
