Society redevelopment process
sir, My society is going for redevelopment process. I and some other members of society had issues with the proposed plan and area calculations and also to the process of asking people to collect rent cheques and leave without much paperwork. for which all of us had been writting to the society commettie members to take action and clerify. all they do is take the letter and do nothing about it. we even got together and submited a combined letter (signed by 16members) to call for Special GM to sort out the issues. but soc. commitee is doing nothing. they are rushing with the redevelopment plan and soon all of the commettie members will leave the society. leaving us at the mercy of builder. I want to know what can we do. we all want redevelopment, but this process that's going on has lot of foul play. help please.

You may consider either approaching the RCS authorities under the Act challenging decision of the Scoiety; or the civil court for appropriate relief.
