internet connection

i made internet connection from Relian Comm recently, during connection i don't get any recipt from them but when the bill comes it wasn't the plan i was opting, now they charged me with a huge amount.

if you have paid heavily on installation then its other way but if you have not spent much then stop using the connection and give them a notice that "i have stopped using ur connection as u have not acted as per ur plan and promise and are charging excessively"
