Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Ancestral Property

Our grandma's house property was gifted to her by grandpa. Grandma left un-regd will conforming full rights to my father & his brother. But property now occupied without any legal mandate by grand children belonging to first wife of my grandpa and refusing to vacate. Grandpa married our grandma as second wife well after death of first wife: but still grandchildren from first wife are refusing to vacate property. What is the earliest & quickest solution to vacate them? Of course we are willing to compensate them to the extent of 25% of property value (Rs.14.00L)
