Dear Sir,
The Hon'ble Court has ordered to issue Legal heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII, 1827. But how much Court Fee is to be paid?

some percent of market value in delhi it is 2% rest u chek with the local lawyer there .it must be around this but not sure
