probate a will

i'm from karur at tamilnadu.my grandfather state a will with one executear and he died.what is the procedure to get this will as valid document..?

apply to civil court for probate and get the will authenticated from Court . The will is conclusively recoginsed in the form of probate

Go ahead and get the probate of will in respect of immovable property and letter of administration or succession certificate in case of moveable property.

The Will is valid and if your gf is still alive he can appoint another person as executor of the Will.
