Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Validity of a non registered will and hereditary property

After my father reached his heavenly abode, my brother refused to give me any share in any of my father's properties - hereditary included.

He did show me, what he claimed is my father's will, which has not bestowed any property share to me.

However, the will is not registered and hence I do not know if it is authentic or forged.

Do I , as a daughter, have any rights over my father's hereditary property.

My father's self acquired property was also acquired from earnings from a 100 year old family business started by his grandfather.
