Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Hi Sir,
I have received my PF amt from my previous 2 company's. But i am not aware of the pension amt. How can i get the pension amt of my both the company's. as my current company doesn't have PF so how can i withdraw my previous Pension amt. I have been worked with both company more than 1.5yrs.

Sir
Every one has to complete the prescribed duration prescribed by the govt.likewise you should be complete the stipulated period but on your question I could understand that you never completed your period to receive the pension.You have an option that you could continue you account in your existing company if your current company has PF option.
You are not eligible to receive your pension.
