can a judge denie you a lawer in a crimanal case. like a demestic vilence or family vilence case?

A judge will not deny your right to have an attorney. They may deny you the right to have an attorney appointed (free to you) for you if you're not deemed to be an indigent (if you are employed, you're typically not indigent).
