illegal entry

no search warrent issued. Cops broke down front door of apartment because tennet would not open door. they ticket minors for drinking and parents went and picked up their child. Any laws for illegal entry for cops? My daughter was ticked for underage drinking...anything we can do infront fot judge?

It is very unclear what happened. Police do not need a search warrant in certain circumstances. They also do not need a search warrant if they enter a place for an arrest. These exceptions do require felonies but I do not see from your description what felonies might have justified the entry. However, your statement of the facts is so sketchy that I would recommend that you say nothing to the judge but get an attorney to get a good look at all the facts.
