Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

satellite contract

I had service set up in Dec of 05. The contract which was done verbally without a signature. I found the customer agreement online which reads certain topics that of course, were not covered. Since I had no copy, no signature, no chance to read this before install, am I binded to this contract? The reason for this question is the service is out again. This time for 4 days. The first time 2 days in Aug 06. I am not satisfied with the service and they are telling me I have to pay the contract fulfillment as well as early disconnection notice of $300. If I didn't sign this contract is it binding? Thanks in advance

Jeff

Re: satellite contract

A bit tricky. You have received the goods and services. You might give the Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Division a call.
