Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

I have been harassed since the beginning of Feb. She has threatened to shoot me and/or blow me up. I won a judgement against her in scott co. for my property, have taken 2 uhauls to get my furniture and she refuses to give me my belongings. Washington county is prosecuting her on the 8th of april for class b criminal harassment and I have to go back to scott for an enforcement hearing. I have a protective order but she keeps calling my mothers cell phone who is 73. The messages are horrific. what can I do. I know I won't get all of my belongings, she has even threatened to take my daughter. Help.

It would be helpful to know who "she"is and her relationship with you to answer this question more fully. Since she is the subject of criminal prosecution, continue to cooperate with the authorities. Change your mother's cell phone number, and set it up to block calls to any numbers that you know "she" uses. Make sure your daughter, if she is old enough, knows what to do in case a stranger attempts to abduct her.
