Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child custody

I need help with getting custody back of my child the court has ordered no parent has custody that we have a 50/50 split. The question is how do I keep the father from taking full custody when the more he takes me to court the more they give him despite unproved lies and allegations? He has lied in court, has failed to appear on one occasion, has dropped a prior custody battle due to it not going in his favor. Now he is pulling me in on bogus contempt charges with the very high possibility of the same judge who keeps giving him all he asks despite felony convictions and numerous other charges on his record.

Re: Child custody

You need to hire counsel. If you already have counsel, you need to hire more aggresive counsel to help you. You need to document how the contempt is bogus and ask the court to award you attorneys fees.
