Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child support Abatement during summer months

Support order was put into effect in 2001. There is no current credit for overnight visitation. I currently have the children 110+ nights a year counting their 6 weeks of summer vacation. However, during their summer vacation I get no abatement on support and am paying her full support PLUS upkeep for the entire 6 weeks of having the children. Am I entitled to abatement during the summer session? If so, how do I go about getting this to take effect?

Re: Child support Abatement during summer months

Under the new child support/parenting time guidelines, there is no longer an abatement for extended visitation.
