Child Support Modification

Here is a little background, I was awarded Primary Physical Custody of my two children. My ex-wife has been paying $50.00 a week since 2000. Can the Prosecuting Attorney's Office file for Modification of Child Support on behalf of the Children?

Why don't you go to the local Child Support Enforcement Agency and ask them to do it?
