Couple of Questions

My ex-husband is taking me back to court wanting to claim our son on his taxes but I have sole custody and he is also almost $10,000 behind in child support. Can he be given the right to do that? Also is there any way to stop him from writing letters to my son that states things that an 8 year old should know nothing about?

He is not likely to get the exemption if he is that far behind in support. You need to petition the court regarding his other behavior
