Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

How do I get immediate or emergency legal rights taken away from my childrens mother, so she has absolutely no rights to them at all?

You have to file a nemergency petition laying out the facts as to why she should have no rights at all. You should be aware that absent criminal neglect or significant physical and/or sexual abuse, rights are rarely taken away completely.

You might also contact the local DCFS office is you feel that your children are in immediate danger. Good luck.

Keep in mind that this petition would be granted only after notice...there is no piece of paper that you can prepare that will magically strip her of her rights without a hearing.
