Seeing grandkids

Do we have a right as grandparents to see our grand children. My son will not let us see them, it has been 2 and half years

You did not give many facts so I can not comment on your specific question. Hovever, go to the Divorcenet Web Site for Indiana and they have a section on grandparents rights. Ultimately, you will need an attorney.

Indiana law does have a statute governing the rights of grandparents to visit grandchildren.

You would eventually have to file a petition with the court to gain those rights.

See a local attorney for that.
