Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband's ex-wife is now saying she cannot fly at all anymore to transport their daughter from Florida to Indiana for visitations. She is also interpreting the last court order for visitation through her own perspective and accusing us of breaking the agreement. Is there a way to get the order clarified or do we need to go back to court for a modification? We may need the child support order modified if we are needing to be responsible for more of the transportation costs.

1. Why can't she fly...health, money...? You need to take the order to your attorney to see if it needs clarified. There's no way to tell without reading it. You may need to wait until she violates it and then request she be held in contempt.
