I am trying to locate a printable online Change of Venue form going from Shelby County Indiana to Johnson County Indiana. I am having no luck. If you could please help me I would rreally appericiate it.

I am unaware of any such forms being available on the net. You may have to hire an attorney for the limited purpose of drafting the motion, proposed order and CCS
