Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex husband's visitation rights were suspended. After almost 2 years now he has requested that they be re-instated. The court granted a hearing for 15 minutes but it says no evidence will be heard. What does that mean?

I suggest that you ask his counsel or the courtreporter for that judge.
