who's responsible?
According to the divorce papers my ex is responsible for up to $767 in health expenses for the calender year. She paid a bill from 2005 for $900 and is now saying I am responsible for the children's medical bills because she paid out the $900. How can this be possible if the bill is from 2005 and not 2007? She is threatning to take me back to court and said I will be responsible for her court costs. How can this be if we are divorced?

That is on a calendar year basis. For the 2005 year, you are responsible for your percentage per the order for those amounts above $767 unless the court order indicates something different.
