Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Out of state vacation

I have legal custody of my kids. Ex husband is currently fighting me for custody. He took them on vacation out of state for July 4th. They came home sunburnt very bad, peeling, and in pain. He wants to take them to the same place in 2 weeks. Do I have to let him take them? My attorney is on vacation or I would ask him. Thank you for any help you can give.

Re: Out of state vacation

1) Take pictures of them and if the pain and burns are bad enough obtain medical treatment.

2) Absent and emergency motion, the order for parenting time is an order of court and no attorney should tell you to violate tht order.

3) If you allow them to go, be sure to pack sunscreen etc.
