Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I'm separating from my wife, and presently live in California and the ex and children live in our marriage home in Indiana. As part of the Marriage Settle Agreement, it states: 1. Custody & Parenting Time. Wife shall have custody over the parties’ minor children, subject to parenting time by Husband as agreed to by the parties.

Does this clause limit or sigh away any of my parental rights in any capacity? Is this merely stating that the children will live and reside with her on a majority/permanent basis?

That is not a good provision for you as drafted-what if you two cannot agree on your parenting time? You should look at the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines as they apply when distance is a factor.
