unsupportive husband

i was married a year ago in may 2006.i was thrown out of my inlaws house in october 2006 when i was 5 months pregnant. my child was born & expired during delivery in march 2007. Now if my husband wants a divorce can he file it.? Will i get compensation?i do not watn divorce at any cost.what should i do to get my husband back legally?

Yes, you are entitled to one half of the marriage assets, and see a marriage counselor if he will go along.
