Emancipation

What is the law for Emancipation in Indiana?I have a 19yr old who lived with me for approx.1 year,he had full time job &out of school,he is now in Basic training for the military.I also have 17 yr old girl who dropped out of school,has a child,and works 20 hrs a week,but still lives with her dad.I'm paying child support for both.

Re: Emancipation

Son should be emancipated automatically upon enlistment. Daughter you will need to have a hearing to see if she capable of supporting herself. Get an attorney.
