won a free trail membership to fitnesss usa went i guess sign something must have read never went back or paid any money.it's now on creidit report can i do anything about no money ever changed hands

You are probably out of luck. You probably made a promise to pay money in exchange for a membership you did not use. Yo might try negotiating a compromise.
