i got a divorce and was awarded half of house that is in x's maiden name house is in legal litigation and is in settlement process what forms or process do i have to get to have my name added to the existing case to stop her from fleeing with my share

There are no forms. Assunming that the home is in the same county as the divorce, there should allready be a judgment lien that would provide a good amount of protection for your interest. However, you may want to intervene in her lawsuit. I suggest strongly that you contact a local attorney as your situation is pretty fact sensitive.
