Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

I am in Indianapolis, IN and recently won a judgement against a defendant who was represented by his insurance company. The judgement states that they have 30 days to appeal. Does that mean that they must pay within 30 days if they choose not to appeal? And what are my options if they fail to pay within 30 days?

Even if they appeal, you can still collect unless they file a bond and the court puts a hold on proceedings.

If they don't appeal, you have many options, including garnishment of wages or attachment of property and reporting an unpaid judgment (if it was an auto case) to the Indiana BMV. But this really isn't a do-it-yourself project.
