landlord sueing me

I am a colorado resident being sued by my former landlord in indiana. I will be representing myself and disputing the claim. Do I have a right to see the prosecutions files pertaining to my case?

Re: landlord sueing me

Thank you for the question. There is no prosecutor in a civil case. There is a Plainitiff (your landlord) and a defendant(you). You need to read Indiana Trial Rules 26-37 if the case involves more than $6000. Otherwise, you should view the movie, small claims rules and small claims pamphlet available at the Indiana Judiciary Website. Good luck.
