Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

They wont pay their Employees

I worked at a cell phone booth in a mall for five days when, without notice, the company closed the booth. They didn't call any of their employees. The manager didn't even know until he went to work one morning and found all of our phones missing. I had to call the company multiple times about my paycheck and they just kept giving me the run-around. I finally recieved my check and they shorted me four hours. I didn't do anything because I was happy to just get a check. A week after I put the check in the bank it bounced. I've tried calling the company and the owner is never available to talk. I have talked to some of my former co-workers and I was the only one who even got a check. I don't really know what we can do from here. If you have any clue of something we can do to get our money and/or get this complany in trouble I would really appreciate it.
