Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

I have worked for a roofing company for a couple years on and off. I recently filed for unemployment and used that company. The company owner has never paid taxes to any agency. And has stated to me he is filing fraud charges against me. Is this something that I need to worry about? I have voicemail and texts from the owner of the company stating he will say the company never exsisted also. Thank you for your time.

I am not sure what you mean "is this something to worry about" . Based on what you stated, it sounds as if you are entitled to unemployment.
