Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
i recieved a complaint from previous landlord's attorney for 15,000 in damage and waste. it says i need to respond in 20 days or judgement will follow.
i put 50,000 investment in this place for 10 years remodeling from celing to floors. new windows, furnace ect.

You better answer in 20 days and hire an attorney to review the entire transaction and documents to determine if you can set off any of the investment against the claim, or possibly file a counterclaim.
