Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
My wife and myself let a friend move into our home until she could find a place of her own. We verbally agreed on $300 a month rent, now she owes us $509. She moved out while we were at work, and now she tells us she is not going to pay. I want to know if I have a case for small claims court.
