Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

I am sure the the stautue of limitations is up on this but I have to ask if there is anything that can still be done. I had 2 back surgeries in 06 and during the first surgery the surgeon nicked a nerve in my back that made both my legs weak and unable to walk any distance and so I was left to get around in a wheelchair. I walked in to the hospital on June 20, 2006 and never walked out of the hospital again. Is there anything now that I can do??

Thank you,

Diane Elbert
