Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Auto Accident: Medical and Automobile Settlement ?'s

I was involved in an automobile accident last week where a guy rear ended me on a major highway while I was at a dead stop. My car is possibly borderline totaled, but I won't know for sure for a couple days. My neck, shoulders, and right arm hurt after the wreck, but there were no medical personnel on the scene, nor did I sign a waiver saying I was alright. I went to my family doctor and had everything checked out. My neck, shoulders and right arm were still sore when I went to the doctor 3 days after the accident. He prescribed pain medication and said it should clear up in a few days. The day after the wreck I discovered a sharp pain located around my belt line. I found out that my right testicle had become infected and swelled up from contact with the steering wheel. I had an ultrasound done and its just a collection of blood and it should heal up within 3-4 weeks. I have difficulty urinating, and I have a constant pain that is only dulled by the pain medicine. I wasnt sure if I needed to actually hire a lawyer to handle the case or not. I don't want the settlement to be a long and drawn out process, but I want to get what I deserve. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You are entitled to full compensation. Where did this happen? Did the other driver have insurance? Sign nothing. Once you fully recover we can pursue the matter. Keep track of all of your medical bills. Do you have med-pay benefits in your insurance? Feel free to contact me with any questions.
