Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Neighbors next door asked my 17yr old son to move their car back into their driveway and gave him the keys while he was visiting. He accidentally drove the car through their garage door causing damage to their car, garage and contents. My son does not have his permit or license and does not drive or know how to drive. This occurred without my permission or knowlege. Will I be held liable for damages?

Probably not since the defense would be assumption of risk. You need to hire an attorney locally if a claim is made against you or your son.
